ProTaper Universal再治疗系统去除根管内充填物的体外研究

摘　　要：分别采取2种方法去除离体上前牙根管内充填物。A组:ProTaper Universal再治疗锉(D1、D2、D3);B组:K锉+丁克除(Desocclusol)。记录操作时间和根管内充填物残留情况。A组操作时间明显短于B组(P<0.05);A组根管清洁程度高于B组,但差异无显著性(P>0.05)。ProTaper Universal再治疗锉去除根管内充填物安全、快速、有效。The root canal filling materials of extracted maxillary anterior teeth were removed by ProTaper Universal rotary retreatment files（D1,D2,D3）and K files with Desocclusol respectively.The operating time and the filling material remnants were recorded.ProTaper Universal rotary retreatment files worked significantly faster than the K-files with Desocclusol（P0.05）and left cleaner root canal walls than the K-file hand instruments,even though there was no statistically significant difference（P0.05）.ProTaper Universal rotary retreatment system is effective and safe in removing root canal filling materials.
