摘　　要：对1例口腔黏膜皮脂腺癌患者的临床病理资料进行回顾性分析及文献复习。组织化学和免疫组织化学染色有助于皮脂腺癌的病理诊断和鉴别诊断。口腔黏膜皮脂腺癌为低度恶性肿瘤,广泛手术切除治疗有效,需长期随访。A case of intraoral sebaceous carcinoma was analyzed retrospectively and literatures were reviewed.Histochemistry and immunohistochemistry were helpful in pathologic diagnosis and differential diagnosis of sebaceous carcinoma.Intraoral sebaceous carcinoma was a low-grade malignancy.Wide surgical excision appeared to be the appropriate therapy.Long-term follow-up was necessary.
