摘　　要：缪希雍临证重视升降。对病之宜升者,多法东垣;对病之宜降者,则自出机杼,提出降气以降火的方法,并用苏子、枇杷叶等药组方,是其独到之处。缪氏独特的降气组方,值得文献和临床研究。并举运用降气组方治疗胃痞、面部潮红医案为证。Miao Xiyong emphasized the ascending and descending treatment in clinic.To those patients who need to be treated with ascending method,he treated them as Li Dong-yuan did;to those patients who need to be treated with descending method,he treated them in his own particular way.The treatment of descending qi to clear fire was in particular prescribed by using such herbs as Perilla Seed and Loquat leaf.It is held that abnormal ascending and descending activities of qi is frequently encountered in clinic,which need to be studied from the perspectives of clinical and literature researches.The medical cases such as stomach fullness and flush were presented as a proof.
