不同剂量沙利度胺片治疗复发性阿弗它溃疡的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:比较不同剂量沙利度胺片治疗复发性阿弗它溃疡的临床效果和不良反应。方法:复发性口腔溃疡90例随机分为3组,第1组沙利度胺片低剂量(25mg/次,tid)加六味地黄丸;第2组沙利度胺片低剂量(25mg/次,tid)。第3组沙利度胺片常规剂量(50mg/次,bid)。观察研究治疗前后血小板聚集和血液流变性、总间歇时间和总溃疡数评价指标的变化。结果:治疗效果第1组(34例)和第3组(23)例优于第2组(33例)(P<0.05);第3组疗效与第1组差异无显著性,不良反应(嗜睡、乏力)高于第1组和第2组(P<0.05)。第1组痊愈率、显效率、有效率、总有效率为79.4%、8.8%、5.9%、94.1%,第2组为54.5%、12.1%、15.2%、81.8%,第3组为73.9%、13.0%、8.6%、95.6%。结论:复发性阿弗它溃疡可能是多因素类疾病,低剂量沙利度胺片联合六味地黄丸治疗复发性阿弗它溃疡能迅速控制症状,减少复发,临床疗效有效确切,并且有很好的应用前景。OBJECTIVE The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy and side effects of several doses of thalidomide and LiuWeiDihuang Wan, a Traditional Chinese Medicine, for treatment of RAU. METHODS 90 patients of RAU were randomized into 3 groups： the first group was treated with low close of thalidomide（25 mg/time,3 time/day） and LiuWeiI）ihuang Wan, the second group was treated only with low dose of thalidomide（25 rag/time, 3 time/day）, and the third group was treated with common dose of thalidomide（50 mg/time, 2 time/day）. The effects were evaluated by hemorrheology, ulcer interval and number. RESULTS The rate of heal, effectiveness and of clinical cure and total effective were 79. 4%, 8.8 %, 5.9%,94. 1 % in first group,54. 5%,12. 1%,15.2%,81.8% in second group,were 73.9%,13. 0%,8.6%,95.6%. in third group. The first and third groups were more effective than the second 2 group（P〈0. 05） ; there was no significant difference between the firt and third group（P〉0. 05） The incidence of adverse effffeets（drowsiness, fatigue） in group 3 was higher than in Group I and Group 2 （P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION This results suggested that RAU is involved in many factors. The low dose of thalidomide in combination with LiuWeiDihuang Wan are more effective for the treatment of RAU, and have a fair prospect in clinical applieation.
