淫羊藿总黄酮对心力衰竭大鼠血浆脑钠肽水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨淫羊藿总黄酮对充血性心力衰竭(心衰)大鼠血浆脑钠肽(BNP)的影响,并探讨其防治心衰的意义。方法选用清洁级雄性SD大鼠80只,随机分为空白组、心衰对照组、美托洛尔组及淫羊藿总黄酮大、中、小剂量组,18周后使用左心导管进行血流动力学检查,利用酶联免疫法检测血浆BNP浓度,并取心肌观察病理形态学特征。结果与空白组相比,心衰对照组心脏血流动力学指标显著恶化,血浆BNP、心室质量指数明显升高;与心衰对照组相比,淫羊藿总黄酮各剂量组血流动力学指标显著好转,血浆BNP、心室质量指数明显降低。结论淫羊藿总黄酮能够改善实验性心衰大鼠心功能,降低血浆BNP水平。Objective It is to explore the effect of total flavonoids of epimedium （TFE） on plasma BNP in rats with congestive heart failure（CHF）. Methods 80 male SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups： blank control group, CHF control group, metoprolol group and TFE low-dose（TFE - L）group, TFE medium-dose （TFE - M）group, TFE high-dose（TFE - H） group. At 18th week, the hemodynamie parameters were detected by LV morphopathologieal examination, the plasma BNP were detected by enzyme immunoassay method, and cardiac muscle was gotten to observe the pathomorphology characteristic. Results Compared with the bland control group, the indexes of heart hemodynamies all get worse, and BNP in the plasma and cardiac ventricle body mass index were significantly increased in CHF control group. Compared with that in CHF control group, the indexes of heart hemodynamies all get worse, and BNP in the plasma and cardiac ventricle body mass index were significantly decreased in every TFE group. Conclusion TFE can improve heart function and low clown the plasma BNP of experimental rats with congestive heart failure.
