摘 要:目的观察6种非Alzheimer神经变性疾病对βA4在脑组织中的表达,探讨βA4表达与神经元变性和缺失的关系。方法用免疫组化的ABC法对6种非Alzheimer神经变性疾病进行βA4免疫组化染色,观察其病理形态、阳性程度、脑内分布。在免疫组化染色的同时做刚果红染色。结果这6种疾病中有4种在脑皮质第3、5层中βA4有表达。而刚果红染色除进行性核上性麻痹轻度阳性外,其余均为阴性。结论βA4在脑组织中的表达并非Alzheimer病所特有,而是多种神经变性疾病的共同特征;βA4免疫组化法的阳性结果不同于传统的刚果红染色法。βA4与神经元变性和缺失可能有关联。Objective To observe the A4 expression in six kinds of nonAlzheimer neurodegenerative diseases and to investigate the effect of A4 expression on neuronal degeneration and loss. Method With the immunohistochemical ABC method and Congo red staining, we observed the A4 plaques' pathologic characteristics and the levels of A4 expression and distribution in the brain tissue. Results We found A4 expression in the cortical layers 3 and 5 in 4 nonAlzheimer neurodegenerative diseases,while using Congo red staining, only PSP showed slightly positive results. Conclusion The diposits of A4 in brains are common characteristics in quite a number of neurodegerative diseases, so it was not just specific to Alzheimer's disease.The result of immunohistochemical staining was different from that of conventional Congo red Staining. It suggested that A4 might be related to neuronal degeneration and loss.
