摘　　要：目的:观察肝素钠和多硫酸软骨素是否具有免疫原性。方法:分别用肝素钠、含硫酸软骨素杂质肝素钠和多硫酸软骨素与福氏佐剂混匀免疫家兔,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)和琼脂免疫扩散试验检测家兔血清中的抗体。结果:ELISA法未检测到血清中的抗体;琼脂免疫扩散试验血清72h扩散观察未出现沉淀线,没有形成抗原抗体复合物。结论:肝素钠和多硫酸软骨素对家兔无免疫原性。Objective：To study the immunogenicity of heparin sodium and chondroitin polysulfate.Methods：Rabbits were immunized with a mixture of heparin sodium,heparin sodium with impurity of chondroitin polysulfate,chondroitin polysulfate and Freund adjuvant.The antibodies of the rabbit were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） and agar-immune diffusion test.Results：No antibody was found in all rabbits by ELISA.The agar-immune diffusion test indicated that no antigen-antibody compound formed in 72 h.Conclusion：Heparin sodium and chondroitin polysulfate have no immunogenicity on rabbits.
