摘  要:目的:利用双水相体系分离纯化益母草中的水苏碱,探究萃取机理及效率。方法:利用不同的双水相体系对益母草总生物碱进行提取,研究不同双水相体系、不同析相盐及温度等因素对提取效率的影响。结果:通过实验发现乙醇/磷酸氢二钾双水相体系效果最好。与常规回流提取法相比较,总碱提取率由1.95%提高到3.49%,总碱提取率高出79.5%。结论:按本文方法所形成双水相体系,操作简便,萃取率高,方法重现性好,可适用工业化生产。Objective:To explore the extraction mechanism and effective of the separation-purification of stachydrine in aqueous two-phase systems.Methods:Using different aqueous two-phase system to extract the total alkaloids in Leonurus,study the affections of the salts,temperature and organic phase.Results:Comparing with conventional methods,the extraction rate of total alkaloids of leonurus in aqueous two-phase system was up to 3.49% when using the ethanol /K2H PO4/water ATPS as solvent and which is the best result in different aqueous two-phase system.Conclusion:The two aqueous phase system for stachydrine extraction is easy to operate,good reproductivity,and can be applied in mass production.
