摘 要:目的构建一个多层次、深层次,具有明确发展取向的心理健康教育模式,来帮助大学生追求或回归健全的学习人生,顺利完成学业,实现自身价值。方法主要运用的方法有查阅文献法、头脑风暴法、专家访谈法等,并结合医学院校实际工作情况研究探索心理健康教育模式。结果经过长期的实践与探索,我校逐步形成了科研、教学与服务"三位一体"的心理健康教育模式。即以开展心理健康的科学研究,来创新心理健康教育的理论与方法;以教学为主渠道,来普及心理健康知识;以开展心理健康服务的实践,来丰富心理健康教育的内容。结论将科研、教学及服务三者有机结合起来,使医学院校大学生综合素质整体提高。Objective To build a multi-level and deep-seated mental health education model with a clear orientation of the development, so as to help medical college students pursue or return to the healthy life of learning, successfully complete their education, and realize their own value. Methods A mental health education model was explored by using the main methods of accessing to literature, brainstorming, expert interviews, etc., combined with the actual work of a medical school. Results After long-term practice and exploration, our school has gradually developed a scientific research, teaching and service "trinity" of mental health education model, which was to carry out scientific research to the innovative mental health education theory and practice, to popularize the mental health knowledge with the main education channel, and to enrich the content of mental health education with the practice of mental health services. Conclusions The psychological health education model, that is the combination of scientific research, teaching and services, will enhance the integrated diathesis of college students.
