血清VEGF、CA-125与β-HCG在异位妊娠治疗中的价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨联合监测血清血管内皮生长因子、血清糖类抗原(CA125)和血绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)在异位妊娠治疗中的价值。方法:对50例EP患者(分为药物保守治疗组A组,手术治疗组B组)治疗前后的CA125、β-HCG、VEGF水平进行联合监测。结果:异位妊娠患者A组治疗前后比较:β-HCG、VEGF治疗后下降,CA125治疗后升高,差异有显著性意义。B组治疗前后比较:β-HCG、VEGF治疗前后明显下降,CA125治疗后明显升高,差异有显著性意义。B组治疗前β-HCG、VEGF明显高于A组,而CA125低于A组,差异有显著性。结论:联合监测血清VEGF、CA-125与β-HCG的指标在异位妊娠治疗中有重要的意义。Objectives： To explore the value of Joint monitoring of serum carbohydrate antigen （CA125） and blood human chorionic gonadotropin （ β- HCG） and serum vascular endothelial growth factor on the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods： Fifty patients with EP （They are randomly divided into conservative drug treatment group A, surgical treatment group B ） were monitored before and after treatment for their CA125, β- HCG, VEGF levels. Results： The results indicated that β- HCG, VEGF level decreased, and CA125 increased after treatment in both group A and B, and the difference being significant. Pre - treatment β- HCG, VEGF level of Group B was significantly higher than that of group A, while CA125 level was significantly lower than the group A. Conclusion： Joint monitoring of serum VEGF, CA - 125 and the target β- HCG level is important in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
