摘  要:目的:建立无牙颌种植覆盖义齿的三维光弹模型。方法:选取标准下颌无牙颌模型,在双侧尖牙区植入两枚种植体,以硅橡胶为模具翻制环氧树脂模型,表面覆盖厚2mm的硅橡胶牙槽黏膜模拟层,制作全口义齿,分别连接球帽、磁性、杆卡附着体制成各型种植覆盖义齿光弹模型,垂直加载,应力冻结切片,观测应力条纹图样。结果:模型均质透明无初始应力,具有良好的冻结性能,为应力测试提供了清晰的图像。结论:实验建立的无牙颌种植覆盖义齿三维光弹模型可定性分析功能状态下支持组织的应力分布情况。Objective:To establishment three-dimensional photoelastic model of implant-retained overdenture for edentulous patient.Method:Photoelastic models of epoxy were fabricated according to the standard mandibular edentulous model with two implants in the canine teeth areas.And alveolar mucosa was simulated by silicone rubber about 2 mm in thickness.The complete denture was made and connecting ball-spring attachment,magnetic attachment and bar-clip attachment.Force was vertical applied.After stress was frozen,Photoelastic model slices of different areas were made and stress fringes were observed.Result:The photoelastic model established by this method was transparent without primary stress,had good characteristics of freezing performance,and showed clear images.Conclusion:The three -dimensional photoelastic model established in this experiment may be useful for qualitative analysis of the stress distribution in the supporting tissues.
