单、双期矫治骨性Ⅱ类错牙颌面形态变化的对比研究

摘　　要：目的:比较骨性II类错单期矫治和双期矫治的牙齿-齿槽、颌骨及软组织外貌间的差异变化,探讨此两种方法成功治疗的临床效果。方法:骨性II类错病例53例,实施单期矫治26例,双期矫治27例,通过头颅侧位定位片来比较治疗前后的牙颌面形态变化。结果:双期矫治组的下颌比单期矫治组有更多的生长,对下颌的生长有刺激作用,双期矫治组中下切牙的唇倾明显、下唇略前突。结论:对生长发育高峰期的骨性II类错实施双期矫治可取得较好的临床效果。Objectine：To compare the difference of dento-maxillo-facial characteristics between one-stage and twostage treatments,and investigate the clinical effects of successful treatments.Method：The study consists of 53 patients（26 for one-stage and 27 two-stage treatment）,and compare the dento-maxillo-facial changes by radiograph.Result：Mandibular growth in two-stage samples was larger than that in one-stage samples by stimulating growth of the lower jaw,there was more proclination of lower incisors and a bit more protrusion of the lower lips in two-stage samples.Conclusion：Two-stage treatment can obtain better results for skeletal II mallocclusion patients during growth peak period .
