摘  要:目的:比较Carisolv(伢典)去龋和传统牙钻去龋充填术后微渗漏发生的情况。方法:48颗有龋离体磨牙,近中侧用Carisolv去龋,远中侧用牙钻去龋,去龋后随机分为A、B两组;A组用日产玻璃离子聚合体充填,B组用3MZ250充填。经温度循环试验后,牙齿样本用0.5%亚甲基蓝着色。结果:Carisolv去龋充填组术后微渗漏的发生与牙钻去龋组术后微渗漏的发生差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。Carisolv去龋后分别用两种材料充填后微渗漏的发生差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Carisolv去龋充填术能显著减少术后微渗漏的发生。Objective:The aim of the study was to compare the microleakage after caries removal with Carisolv and drilling.Method:Forty-eight extracted molars with caries were selected.Decayed dentins of the mesial surfaces were removed with Carisolv,and the distal surfaces with drill.They were divided into A and B groups randomly.After the caries removed with Carisolv,the teeth of A group were restored with GIOMER(made in Japan).The teeth of B group were restored with 3MZ250 composite resin.After thermocycling,all teeth were stained with 0.5 % methylene blue solution.Result:There was statistically significant difference of microleakage between caries removal with Carisolv and drilling(P 0.005).There was not significant difference of microleakage between A and B group(P 0.05).Conclusion:Caries removal with Carisolv can reduce the microleakage of fillings.
