ProTaper联合根管加压冲洗治疗窦道型慢性根尖周炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察ProTaper联合根管加压冲洗治疗慢性窦道型根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法:选择215例患有窦道型慢性根尖周炎患牙,按Crown-down预备技术进行根管预备,并对根管进行加压冲洗,约诊期间记录窦道减轻和消失的时间,临床主观症状等,窦道闭合后进行根管充填。结果:202例治疗成功,13例因其他原因拔除患牙,患牙保存率达93.9%。结论:Protaper联合根管加压冲洗对慢性窦道型根尖周炎的治疗有良好的临床效果。Objective：To observe clinical effects of hand ProTaper NiTi instruments combined with root canal pressure washing technique in therapy of chornic apicitis with syrinx. Method：215 chronic apicitis teeth with syrinx were randomly selected. Root canals were prepared and pressurized washing using the hand ProTaper NiTi instruments with crowndown techinque.Such as loose and disappear time of syrinx,clinical rational symptom were recorded,and so on. Teeth were filled after syrinx closed. Result：13 teeth were pulled out because of other reasons,none was found to recur. The rate of effective was 93.9 %. Conclusion：ProTaper NiTi instruments combined with root canal pressure washing technique can get a favourable clinic effect in therapy of chronic apicitis with syrinx.
