根管内不同冲洗液对根管电测仪Root ZX和ProPex测量准确性的影响

摘　　要：目的:比较两种频率依赖性电测仪Root ZX和ProPex在根管内不同冲洗液中的准确性。方法:选用单根管牙200颗,患牙随机分为RootZX组和ProPex组,每组各100个牙。根据冲洗液的不同,各组随机再分为5组:A组(3%H2O2)、B组(17%EDTA)、C组(0.5%NaOCl)、D组(0.9%NaCl)、E组(干燥根管)。常规根管预备后分别以3%过氧化氢、17%EDTA、0.5%次氯酸钠、生理盐水冲洗根管3次,最后一次保留冲洗液,进行根管测量,空白组为0.5%次氯酸钠和生理盐水交替冲洗后的干燥根管。用rootZX和ProPex测量在不同冲洗液下的根管长度(EL),并与X线片确定的根管长度值(AL)比较。计算不同电测仪各组EL和AL的差异(EL-AL)并将所有数据输入SPSS10.0软件进行统计学分析。结果:root ZX组和ProPex组中不同冲洗液组无显著性差异(P值分别为0.734和0.888);对于不同冲洗液,Root ZX组和ProPex组间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:频率依赖性电测仪Root ZX和ProPex测量根管长度准确性不受根管内冲洗液的影响,两种电测仪测量准确性无显著性差异。Objective：The purpose of this study was to evaluate the accuracy of the frequency-dependent-type electronic apex locator Root ZX and ProPex in vivo in the presence of a variety of endodontic irrigants. Method：200 single canal teeth performing root canal therapy were divided to Root ZX group and ProPex group randomly,with each group subdivided to five groups according to the irrigants：A（3 % H2O2）、B（17 %EDTA）、C（0.5 % NaOCl）、D（N·S）、E（dry）.After routine root canal preparation,irrigating the canal three times with 3% hydrogen peroxide,17 % EDTA,0.5 % sodium hypochlorite,normal saline,and the last irrigation was remained and length of canal was measured with Root ZX and ProPex. Dried canal irrigated with 0.5 % sodium hypochlorite and normal saline alternately was used as a negative control. The root canal length（EL）in different irrigants was measured and compared with the root canal length measured according to the xray （AL）. Difference in value between EL and AL （EL-AL）was calculated and imported to SPSS 10.0. Result：There was no significant difference among the different irrigants groups（P values was 0.738 and 0.888 separately）. The differences between the Root ZX and ProPex group was not significant （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion：Under the presence of various endodontic irrigants both frequency-dependent-type electronic apex locator Root ZX and ProPex provided accurate measurements. And there was no difference between Root ZX and ProPex.
