摘  要:目的:总结骨钉矫治牙颌三维异常的临床应用效果。方法:选择2006年以来矫治的21例三维异常的严重错畸形病例,男8例,女13例,年龄15~35岁,平均20.6岁。均采用直丝弓矫治器治疗,均涉及减数第二或第三磨牙,应用骨钉针对长、宽、高不调予以矫治。结果:矫治后全部病例的三维异常均有明显改善,均建立了正常的覆覆盖关系及磨牙、尖牙中性关系。矫治期最短14个月,最长36个月,平均24个月。结论:充分了解各区域骨钉的作用,针对病因选择骨钉并合理配伍使用,必将使之成为矫治各种复杂错畸形的有力武器。Objective:To introduce the method of using skeletal anchorage implant for correcting three-dimensional abnormal. Method:21 cases of severe malocclusion cases were selected,8 males and 13 females,aged from 15 to 35 years old,average 20.6 years old. All patients were treated with straight wire appliance,and with extraction of second or third molars. Skeletal anchorage implant were used for the length,width and height adjusted. Result:All patients' threedimensional abnormal was significantly improved after treatment,and all gained normal overbite and overjet. Canine and molar neutral relationship were obtained. Treatment period was minimum 14 months and up to 36 months,an average of 24 months. Conclusion:The understanding of the role of skeletal anchorage implant in different region,and reasonable choose to use will make it an effective method of treating complex malocclusion.
