摘  要:目的优选山楂中有效成分熊果酸的最佳纯化工艺。方法在乙醇回流提取的基础上,用活性炭回流法纯化。采用L9(34)正交试验设计,选取活性炭回流时的pH值、活性炭的用量、回流时间和回流温度为考察因素,以熊果酸提取物粉末的得率为检测指标。结果最佳纯化工艺是pH=5时,以0.5%的活性炭在75℃下回流30min。结论该方法纯化效果好,稳定性好,操作简便,适合工业化生产。Objective To select the best process of purifying procedure of Ursolic Acid from Fructus craraegi.Methods On the basis of ethanol refluxing extraction,we applied activated carbon refluxing for purification.pH value in activated carbon refluxing,the dosage of activated carbon,refluxing time and refluxing times were selected as the inspecting factors,and the L9(34) table was chosen as orthogonal design.As a detection index,the content of Ursolic Acid extraction was detected.Result The optimum purifying technology was in the condition of pH=5,0.5% activated carbon in 75℃ heated refluxed 30min.Conclusion The method has a high purifying rate,and it is good,stable,and simple to operate.The method is suitable for industrial production.
