摘  要:目的:了解某"三甲"医院实施"优质护理服务示范工程"后患者的满意度。方法:采用方便抽样的方法,对"优质护理服务示范工程"试点病房与非试点病房的213名住院患者进行调查。结果:住院患者认为试点病房的护士工作主动性较强,对护士工作认可度较高,试点病房患者总体满意度高于非试点病房,在护理操作技术、护患沟通、病区管理、健康教育4个维度的满意度均高于非试点病房。结论:"优质护理服务示范工程"实施效果较好,患者满意度提高,可进一步完善并推广。Objective:To explore the satisfaction of inpatients in a general hospital after nursing reformation.Methods:Convenient sampling method was applied in this study.213 inpatients from different wards were investigated.Results:The patients from the wards with nursing reformation reported that nurses showed stronger motivation than those from other wards.The patients from the wards with reformation evaluated nurses' work with higher score,were more satisfied to nursing than those from other wards.Conclusion:Nursing reformation has achieved good results which improved patients' satisfaction.It can be extend to the other hospitals.
