摘　　要：教师的教学能力和教学水平是高校保证教学质量、培养高素质创新人才的关键。教师教学能力的基本内涵包括对教学的认知、设计、操作、调控、创新等方面。针对当前地方高校青年教师教学能力存在的诸多问题,应积极构建"2+X"青年教师教学能力培养体系,促进青年教师队伍整体教学水平的不断提高。Teaching ability and teaching level are of crucial importance to guarantee teaching quality and cultivate innovative talents in higher education institutions. The implications of teaching ability should include but not limit to cognition, design, operation, control and regulation, and innovation. In view of various problems found in teaching ability of young teachers in local higher education institutions, a ＂2 ＋ X＂ teaching ability training system should be actively constructed to promote the overall teaching level of young teachers in local higher education institutions.
