摘　　要：目的探讨曲安奈德(TA)在玻璃体切除摘出眼内异物手术中的作用。方法眼后段眼内异物29例(29眼),在经睫状体平坦部玻璃体切除摘出异物过程中,玻璃体腔内注射TA混悬液约4～5mg,对损伤组织和纤维增生组织进行标识,将其迅速彻底切除。结果手术中TA颗粒的黏附性使病变组织易于辨认,缩短手术时间,保护正常视网膜。术后可发挥皮质类固醇的抗炎和抗增生作用。结论玻璃体切除摘出眼内异物手术中使用TA,能彻底清除机械性损伤和异物刺激导致的病变组织,同时抑制炎性增生反应,提高手术成功率,减少并发症。Objective To study the role of triamcinolone acetonide（TA） in vitrectomy surgery for extraction of foreign body.Methods From November 2007 to January 2010,vitrectomy was performed on 29 cases（29 eyes） of posterior segment intraocular foreign body.In the process of vitrectomy surgery for removal of intraocular foreign bodies,TA suspension for injection was about 4 ～ 5mg.Proliferation of injured tissue and fibrous tissue was identified,and removed thoroughly.Results In operation,TA particles adhesion made lesions easier to identify,and shorten the operation time,protected the normal retina.After surgery,hormones played anti-inflammatory and anti-proliferative effect.Conclusion Vitrectomy surgery for removal of foreign body using TA,it will completely clear the proliferation of organizations and inhibit proliferation of inflammatory response.It will improve the success rate of surgery and reduce complications.
