摘　　要：目的探讨轴性高度近视合并原发性闭角型青光眼的临床特点及发病机制。方法结合文献对一例(2眼)轴性高度近视合并原发性闭角型青光眼患者的临床资料进行分析。结果根据术前检查结果,右眼行虹膜周切术,左眼行复合式小梁切除术,术后矫正视力右眼0.4,左眼0.3;左眼上方结膜滤过泡扁平弥散;眼压:右眼14.57mmHg,左眼10.24mmHg。结论轴性高度近视发生的闭角型青光眼,可能与眼局部解剖结构的变异、脉络膜的神经血管因素以及高度近视患者的悬韧带松弛及晶状体的稳定性差等因素有关;常规抗青光眼手术可获得较好的治疗效果。Objective To dicuss the clinical characteristics and pathogenesis of axialhigh myopic with the primary angle-closure glaucoma.Methods Based on literatures and the clinical data of an axialhigh myopic patient（2 eyes） with primary angle-closure glaucoma were summarized and analyzed.Results Peripheral iridectomy was performed in right eye and complex trabeculectomy was performed in left eye.The postoperative corrected visual acuity in right eye was 0.4,and in left eye was 0.3.Upper left conjunctival filtering bleb flat dispersion.The intraocular pressure in right eye was 14.57 mmHg,and in left was 10.24 mmHg.Conclusion Axial myopic merger primary angle-closure glaucoma,may occur with the variation of eyes local anatomic structure,choroidal vascular and nerve,and myopia patients with the lens zonular poor stability factors.Conventional glaucoma surgery could obtain good effect..
