山东省中部地区经济崛起的对策研究

摘　　要：改革开放以来,山东省实行非均衡的经济发展战略,尤其是山东省中部地区依托其丰富的自然资源,迅速发展起来,并为山东省的经济发展做出了突出贡献。但是近年来山东中部地区的经济发展明显放慢,出现了"塌陷"的现象,制约了山东省经济又好又快发展和由经济大省向经济强省转化的进度。本文通过对中部地区经济发展中出现的各种制约因素的综合分析,提出了实现经济崛起的对策建议。Since the Reform and opening up, Shandong province executes the unbalanced economic development strategy, especially in the central of Shandong province developed rapidly based on its rich natural resources and made outstanding contributions to its economic development. But in recent years , the economic development of the central region of Shandong slowed down obviously,＂ Collapse＂ phenomenon raised, which restrict the fast and sound economic development of Shandong and also restrict the speed of converting the big economic province to the strong economic province. This paper made a comprehensive analysis based on the various factors of the central regions economic development, and put forward the countermeasures to realize economic growing up.
