摘　　要：目的:探讨采用隐形卡环联合固位式铸造可摘局部义齿修复多数牙缺失患者的修复效果,为优化可摘义齿设计提供参考。方法:为30例多数牙缺失患者设计制作前牙或前磨牙隐形卡环和后牙铸造卡环为直接固位体的可摘局部义齿共35件,并对义齿的修复效果进行临床评估。结果:35件义齿全部修复成功,取得了较为满意的美观和功能效果。结论:隐形卡环联合固位式铸造可摘局部义齿具有较好的临床适用性。Objective To explore the clinical effects of casting removable partial denture combined with resin clasps in patients of major teeth loss and to provide clinical basis for the design of removable partial denture. Methods 30 patients of major teeth missing were restored by removable partial dentures with anterior resin clasps and posterior cast clasps.Their clinical effects of 35 removable partial dentures and patients＇ satisfaction were evaluated. Results All 35 dentures worked well,which had aesthetic appearance and good mastication. Conclusion Casting removable partial denture combined with resin clasps has good clinical applicability.
