摘  要:目的探讨丙泊酚靶控输注在小儿眼部麻醉中的可行性及安全性。方法选取20例择期眼科手术患儿,给予靶控输注丙泊酚麻醉,记录诱导前、气管插管即刻、插管后3min、插管后5min、插管后10min各时间点心率、平均动脉压;记录患者诱导时间、手术时间、苏醒时间,并观察患者有无插管反应及不良反应。结果 20例患儿均无插管反应。丙泊酚诱导时间为(2.9±0.3)min,苏醒时间为(7.4±0.6)min,手术时间为(78.5±23.8)min。各时间点心率、平均动脉压比较差异无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。术后无不良反应及相关麻醉并发症。结论靶控输注丙泊酚在小儿眼科麻醉中是安全、可行的,围手术期不仅血流动力学稳定,而且术后苏醒迅速、并发症少。Objective To investigate the feasibility and safety of target-controlled infusion of propofol for ophthalmologic anesthesia in children.Methods About 20 children scheduled for ophthalmologic operation were enrolled to take target-controlled infusion of propofol.Heart rates and mean arterial pressure were recorded before inducction of anesthesia,at the moment of intubation,at 3 minutes,5 minutes and 10 minutes after intubation.Induction time,operative time and palinesthesia time were recorded.Intubation responses and adverse reactions were observed.Results No intubation response was found in all 20 patients.The induction time of propofol,operative time and palinesthesia time were(2.9±0.3)min,(7.4±0.6)min and(78.5±23.8)min,respectively.No difference was found in heart rate or mean arterial pressure at different time points(all P0.05).There was no adverse reaction or anesthesia-related complication.Conclusions Target-controlled infusio of propofol is safe and feasible for ophthalmologic anesthesia in children.Hemodynamics is stable during the operation.Palinesthesia time is short and complication is few.
