超短波对神经根型颈椎病治疗作用观察

摘　　要：目的研究超短波治疗技术在神经根型颈椎病综合治疗中的作用.方法将82例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为两组,对照组42例采用传统治疗方法牵引加中频电治疗,治疗组40例在对照组基础上加行超短波治疗.结果治疗组治疗优良率达80.9%,优于对照组治疗优良率50.0%,经统计分析其差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论超短波对神经根型颈椎病有确切疗效.Objective To study the role of ultrashort wave therapy in combined therapy of nerve root cervical spondylosis.Methods Eighty-two patients with nerve root cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group were treated with traditional treatment of traction and medium frequency electrotherapy,while the treatment group were treated with additional ultrashort wave based on the traditional method.Results The cure rate in treatment group was 80.9%,higher than the cure rate in control group which was 50.0%,the difference was significant by statistical analysis.Conclusion Ultrashort wave has an exact effect on nerve root cervical spondylosis.
