摘 要:柔性铰链在微机电领域得到了日益广泛的应用。该文提出了一种新型柔性铰链:单边直圆椭圆混合型柔性铰链,以卡氏第二定理为理论基础,推导了单边直圆椭圆混合柔性铰链的柔度计算式。采用所得计算式对一组实例进行柔度计算,同时对其进行有限元分析,通过对比分析,验证了计算式的正确性。借助于推得的计算式,分析了单边直圆椭圆混合柔性铰链的各结构参数对其柔度的影响。通过与双边直圆椭圆混合柔性铰链对比分析,得出了单边直圆椭圆混合柔性铰链的转动能力、对载荷的敏感性均优于双边直圆椭圆混合柔性铰链,综上所述,单边混合柔性铰链的提出为柔性铰链在结构紧凑、大位移场合的工程应用提供了新的思路。The flexure hinges are increasingly used in the micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS). A novel flexure hinge was introduced. Based on the Castigliano’s second theorem, the compliance formulations of the novel flexure hinge were formulated. The compliance calculations and the finite element simulation are performed simultaneously for several examples; similar results are obtained indicating the validity of the compliance formulations. By means of the compliance formulations, the effects of the geometric parameters on the performance of the flexure hinge were investigated. Compared with symmetric right circular-elliptical hybrid flexure hinge, the half right circular-elliptical hybrid flexure hinge has better compliance and sensitivity to the load, and it may be a new idea for flexure hinges design.
