摘 要:目的:在临床教学医院,以神经病学实践教学为试点,对本专业实习的本科生、研究生采用以问题为中心的循证医学教育模式,进行教学效果研究分析。方法:选取2007年-2009年进入泰山医学院附属医院神经内科临床实习的40名本科生和20名研究生,通过理论考试成绩、病历书写和病例分析能力等方面进行研究,采用SPSS 12.0软件对数据进行分析。结果:在理论考试成绩方面,本科生组、研究生组的实验组分别与其对照组相比,无显著性差异(P>0.05);在病历书写、病例分析能力方面,本科生组、研究生组的实验组分别与其对照组相比,均明显提高(P<0.01);并且研究生实验组与本科生组相比,也有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:循证医学教育模式可增强本科生、研究生临床实践能力,研究生的教学效果优于本科生。Objective: To analyze the effect of teaching neurology as a pilot discipline for which a problem-centered model of evidence-based medical education is adopted in the undergraduate interns and postgraduates in clinical teaching hospitals.Methods: 40 undergraduate interns and 20 postgraduates who were admitted into the neurology department of Affiliated Hospital of Taishan Medical College during the years of 2007-2009 were selected,and then they were appraised through theoretical examination results,medical history writing and analytical skills in case studies,and data analysis was made using SPSS 12.0 software.Result: In the respect of theoretical examination,both the experimental groups of the undergraduates and postgraduate have been compared with their contrast groups respectively.No significant differences have been found out(P〉0.05).In medical writing and case analysis abilities,if the above measure is repeated,significant increase can be seen(P〈0.01);furthermore,compared with the undergraduate group,the postgraduate group has the upper hand(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Evidence-based medicine educational model can enhance undergraduate and graduate students' ability of clinical practice.A better teaching result has been found in postgraduates than undergraduates.
