摘 要:目的:通过制作整合有动画演示的心包穿刺示教课件,探讨优化多媒体医学教学的方法在医学教学中的应用价值。方法:以复旦大学附属华山医院8年制临床医学专业实习医生为研究对象,对试点组学生采用整合有动画演示的心包穿刺教学课件进行教学,而对传统组仅采用传统课件进行教学。用理论考试及模拟操作考查两组学生学习情况。结果:统计理论考试的成绩,试点组和传统组分别为96.00和95.59;模拟操作考试成绩:试点组的平均成绩为94.00,而传统组的平均成绩为82.76。在操作信心确立方面,试点组要好于传统组。结论:优化的医学教学课件,可以缩短医学操作的学习曲线,提高医学生的对临床操作的自信心,具有良好的应用价值。Objective: To create animated presentation of pericardial puncture teaching courseware,and apply it to eight-year program clinical internship teaching,to evaluate this optimized multimedia medical educational courseware.Methods: Eight-year program interns in clinical medicine of Huashan Hospital as the research object were divided into the traditional teaching group and the experimental teaching groups.For the experimental group,the integrated demonstration of pericardial puncture with animation courseware was used,while for the traditional groups only the traditional teaching courseware was used.Results: The experimental group's average score is slightly higher than that of traditional groups with 96.00 and 95.59 respectively.Simulated operation test results: the experimental group's average score is 94.00,the control group's average score is 94,while the traditional groups' average score is 82.76.In operation confidence establishments,the experimental group is better than the traditional group.Conclusion: Optimized medical teaching courseware can shorten the learning curve of medical operations and improve clinical performance of medical students on self-confidence,which has application value.
