提高普通高校研究生培养质量方法初探

摘　　要：借鉴国外模式,提出建立导师组、成立实验中心和论文指导委员会的方法,对提高我国普通高校研究生培养质量进行了探索和尝试。实践结果表明用以上方法培养的研究生在学习能力、科研能力、个人素养方面均有较大提高,有效弥补了普通高校与知名高校之间的差异。By reference to foreign models this paper proposes the method of establishment of tutor groups,setting up science experiment center and guidance committee for writing theses,in order to rapidly improve the quality of graduate students in general higher schools.The results show that the graduates have greatly improved in learning ability,research ability,personal qualities and this paper also puts forward effective suggestions to raise quality of graduate students.
