摘　　要：通过分析我国应急救援护士储备及培训现状,针对应急救援护理人员的管理、梯队建设、人才储备、人员培训、人员考评、结构优化等提出具体的建议,为今后更好地开展应急救援护士的培训、储备和管理提供依据。This paper analyzed the reserve and training status of emergent rescue nurses in our country, and put forward series of specific strategies about the management of emergent rescue nurses,team building, staff training, structure optimization, and so on, so as to provide the reference for the training and management of emergent rescue nurses in the future.
