摘  要:目的探索"知识、技能、能力"三维强化训练模式的效果,培养护生综合能力。方法以典型病例入院为情景、以疾病诊治护理需求与过程为主线、以护士工作任务为导向、以岗位能力要素为核心,采用"知识、技能、能力"三维强化训练模式,对实习前护生进行基本知识、基本技能和基本能力三维一体的系统综合性强化训练。结果实施"知识、技能、能力"三维强化训练模式后,实习医院对护生岗位能力评价的优秀率明显提高。结论 "知识、技能、能力"三维强化训练模式行之有效。Objective To explore the effects of the" knowledge -skill -ability" training model and to improve the nursing students" comprehensive abilities. Methods The nursing students received the three - dimension intensive training model combined basic knowledge,basic skills,and basic abilities before their clinical practice. The training chose the typical cases as the teaching scenarios,focused on the nursing needs and processes, and was guided with nursing work tasks, and looked the elements of professional abilities as the core. Results After implementing the intensive training, the excellent rate of professional abilities among nursing students were improved. Conclusion The" knowledge - skill - ability" training model is feasible and effective.
