心理及生活技能训练干预对老年精神分裂症患者康复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨心理及生活技能训练干预对老年精神分裂症患者康复的影响。方法对67例精神分裂症患者随机分为干预组34例和对照组33例,对照组应用药物治疗和精神科常规护理,干预组在对照组基础上应用心理及生活技能训练干预。采用简明精神病评定量表(brief psychiatric rating scale,BPRS)和社会功能残疾评定量表(disability assessment schedule,DAS)评价两组患者精神状况改善程度及社会功能恢复情况。结果干预后第12w,两组患者BPRS评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001),干预组患者BPRS得分明显低于对照组;干预后第4w,第8w与第12w,两组患者DAS评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P≤0.05),干预组患者DAS得分明显低于对照组。结论心理及生活技能训练干预可有效地缓解老年精神分裂症患者的精神病症状和促进其社会功能的康复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the influence of psychological intervention and life skill training on the rehabilitation of elderly patients with schizophrenia.Methods Sixty-seven elderly patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group,with 34 and 33 patients in each group respectively.The control group were treated with conventional drug therapy and psychiatric care while the intervention group were treated with psychological and life skills training intervention besides the conventional treatment.BPRS and DAS were used to evaluate the improvement of mental condition and the recovery of social function.Results On the 12th week of intervention,there were significant differences between the intervention group and the control group in the scores of BPRS（P〈0.05）.BPRS scores of the intervention group were significantly lower than that of the control group.On the 8th and 12th week of intervention,there were significant differences between the intervention group and the control group in the scores of DAS（P〈0.05）.DAS scores of the intervention group were significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion Psychological and life skills training intervention could significantly release psychiatric symptoms,and promote the rehabilitation of social function of elderly patients with schizophrenia,so it deserved extended clinical application.
