摘　　要：概述目前碘缺乏病在新疆的流行状况及对人群的危害和居民碘营养状况,阐明补碘是防治碘缺乏病的根本途径.介绍新疆在防治碘缺乏病积累的实践经验,分析了当前新疆碘缺乏病地区存在的主要问题及其原因,探讨解决问题的主要策略,根据多年的实践经验强调指出在缺碘地区持续补充碘盐才能保持适宜的碘营养。This article introduces the epidemic situation,the harm of residents,and residents Iodine nutrition of Iodine deficiency discorder at present in XinJiang region,clarify Iodine supplementation is the basic way to provent from Iodine deficiency discorder,intro-duces accumulated practical experience for years,analyse how to cause a large amount of problems of the current situation in XinJiang region,and discuss the main stralegies to solve the problem in present,meanwhile,based on many years of practical experience empha-sizes the importance to Iodized-salt added continuely in lack iodine ares,So that the local people can keep appropriate iodine nutrition in lack iodine ares in the future.
