摘  要:针对西北工业大学低湍流度风洞改造需求,构建动态频谱测量与分析系统对其动力段各组件的振动情况进行测试,通过讨论不同组合状态的结果,阐明各部件随电机转速变化的振动规律,定量地分析了风洞动力段的振动产生与传递路径关系,以及分列支撑和减震带等措施对降低振动传递影响的贡献。研究表明低湍流度风洞动力段的部件加工与安装符合设计预期振动指标,该套测试系统的高精度特性可以满足同类低速风洞部件和模型实验中振动与噪声频谱的测量分析应用。We present a method for building an 8-channel spectrum measurement and analysis system for the power segment of the NWPU low-turbulence wind tunnel,and use this system for the vibration testing and real-time data processing of the power section components.Comparing the measurement results of different test combinations with single motor,impeller and hull,we clarify the vibrations of various components with motor speed changes,discuss the impact of the rotating impeller flow and the role of mutual interference,and quantitatively analyze the vibration of the power section generated by the path and transmission and the support and shock absorption measures for reducing the impact of the vibration contribution of transmissibility.The study shows that the design and installation of power components of low-turbulence wind tunnel can meet the vibration indexes;the test system has characteristics of high-precision,and is suitable for the similar low-speed wind tunnels and model experiments of vibration and noise spectrum applications.
