摘　　要：在已经发表的关于循环经济的文章中,基本上都讨论了循环经济的定义。这些定义主要是从人与自然关系、技术范式、经济形态等方面表述的,主要涉及到的是资源的再利用,是从社会角度来讲的,形成了"资源——生产——消费——再生资源"的反馈式流程。从我国资源现状的角度,从让自然循环系统更好"工作"的新角度来阐述发展循环经济的必要性。In all the published articles on circular economy, the definition of circular economy has been presented widely from the aspects of the relationship between man and nature, technology paradigm, economic patterns, etc. Howerver, the mainly discussed topic is the recycle of resources from a social point of view, which formes a feedback process of ＂resource -- production -- consumption -- renewable resources＂. Based on the status quo of resources of China, this paper mainly discusses the necessity of developing the circular economy from a new angle of making the natural environment work better.
