摘　　要：在网络信息时代,随着校园"围墙"的逐渐消失,思想政治教育的环境和条件正悄然变化,这就要求我们必须主动适应时代要求,充分发挥网络这一思想政治教育新载体的作用,不断开发网络思想政治教育的功效,全面创新高校就业思想政治教育工作。College student employment is related to social harmony and science development of a nation. This problem has aroused wide attention from colleges, families and the society. The effect of college student employment has a direct relevance with the quality of ideological and political education. In the network information era, with the school ＂enclosing walls＂ slowly disappearing, ideological and political education environment and condition are changing quietly. It requires that we should take initiative to adapt to the call of the time, make full use of the network as the carrier of ideological and political education, continuously develop the functions of network ideological and political education, and make overall innovation of college employment ideological and political education.
