摘　　要：高新技术企业人力资本投资直接影响着企业的核心竞争力,对于企业在激烈的市场竞争中保持持续的竞争优势尤为重要。作为一种投资行为,企业必须对人力资本的投资和收益情况进行分析。人力资本投资主要分为:资金投资和感情投资,人力资本投资收益主要分为可计量的经济型收益和不可计量非经济型收益。Human capital investment in high-tech enterprise capital directly affects the core competitiveness of enterprises,and it is particularly important to help the enterprises maintain a sustainable competitive advantage in the fierce market competition. Act as an investment,companies must analyze capital and earnings of human investment. Human capital investment consists of financial investment and emotional investment,and emotional investment,and the benefits of the human capital investment consist of quantifiable economic benefits and non-quantifiable type and non-economical benefits.
