联合抗抑郁药治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨联合抗抑郁药氟哌噻吨美利曲辛、匹维溴胺及培菲康治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法将82例患者随机分为两组。对照组40例,口服匹维溴胺及培菲康;治疗组42例,加服氟哌噻吨美利曲辛。疗程均为4周,观察治疗前后Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)、Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)及IBS病情变化积分(BSS)。结果治疗后治疗组患者SAS、SDS评分及BSS评分均较治疗前降低,且较对照组降低,两者比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合抗抑郁药氟哌噻吨美利曲辛能明显改善肠易激综合征的症状,并能改善患者的精神状态,临床效果显著,值得临床进一步研究应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of antidepressants Deanxit combining with Pinaverium Bromide and Bifid Triple Viable Capsules in treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.Methods 82 cases were divided into two groups randomly.Control group（40 cases） were treated with Pinaverium Bromide Tablets and Bifid Triple Viable Capsules;treatment group（42 cases） were treated with Deanxit,Pinaverium Bromide and Bifid Triple Viable Capsules.The course of treatment was four weeks.The scores of SAS,SDS and the basic state scale for irritable bowel syndrome（BSS） were observe.Results In the treatment group,the scores of SAS,SDS and BSS after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and lower than those in the control group,and there were significant diference between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The antidepressants Deanxit combining with Pinaverium Bromide and Bifid Triple Viable Capsules in treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome can improve symptoms of patients,and can improve the mental status of patients,So the effects were obvious,and it desever our further clinical research.
