摘　　要：目的：探讨宫颈癌术后放疗的方法及临床效果;方法： 回顾性分析我院2000年1月至2005年7月进行宫颈癌术后放疗患者76例的临床资料;结果： 不同病理类型、不同临床分期、癌浸润颈管不同深度的生存情况以及淋巴结、残端、宫旁切缘阳性与阴性者疗效相比差异均有显著性（P〈0.05）;结论： 在治疗宫颈癌时必须要做好医学检查,对于预后异常的患者除了综合治疗外,还要添加适当的放射治疗.Objective： Discusses cervical cancer technique the radiotherapy method and the clinical effect; Methods： Reviewed analyzes my courtyard from January,2000 to carry on cervical cancer technique after July,2005 the radiotherapy patient 76 example clinical materials; Results： The different pathology type,different clinical, the cancer infiltrates the cervical canal different depth by stages nearby the survival situation as well as the lymph node, the remnant end, the palace cuts the reason masculine gender and the negative curative effect compares the difference to have the significance （P〈0.05） ; Conelusion, When treats cervical cancer must have to complete the medicine inspection,regarding prognosis unusual patient besides complex therapy, but also must increase the suitable radiotherapy.
