摘　　要：本文主要分析基层医院在临床药学服务从传统模式向现代模式转变过程中存在的一些问题,提出了相应的对策和措施,真正做到打造基层医院药学服务良好品牌,确保人民群众用药安全、合理、有效、经济,提高药剂科的整体业务水平.探索适合基层医院的药学管理发展模式,使基层医院的药学管理也能得到健康均衡发展.This article main analysis basic unit hospital in the clinical pharmacy service from the traditional pattern some questions which exists to the modern pattern transformation in,proposed the corresponding countermeasure and the measure, truly achieve the making basic unit hospital pharmacy service good brand, guarantees the people to apply drugs the security, reasonably, effective, the economy, enhances the medicament branch the overall vocational level.
