珠海地区UF-500i尿沉渣分析仪参考值的调查

摘　　要：目的：调查珠海地区健康成人UF-500i尿沉渣分析仪的尿沉渣参数.方法： 用尿常规分析仪选取532份干化学指标都正常的健康体检者的清洁中段尿,再用UF-500i尿沉渣分析仪测定尿中白细胞,红细胞,上皮细胞,管型和细菌的数量,用百分位数法确定参考值.结果： 95%可信区间的UF-500i尿沉渣分析仪的参考范围为：男性：白细胞0-11个/微升;红细胞0-10.6个/微升,上皮细胞0-3.3个/微升,管型0-0.69个/微升,细菌0-19.4个/微升;女性：白细胞0-9.5个/微升,红细胞0-14个/微升,上皮细胞0-40.2个/微升,管型0-1.14个/微升,细菌0-341.6个/微升.结论： 提供本地区UF-500i尿沉渣分析仪的尿沉渣参数为尿液有形成分检查的规范化、标准化和临床应用提供依据,对临床泌尿系疾病的诊断、治疗及疗效观察有重要的临床价值.Objective：To investigate the reference ranges of muhiple indices with UF-500i automated urinalysis analyzer of healthy adults in Zhuhai. Methods. Urinary routine analyzer assay were performed to screen 532 normal urine samples, then UF--500i automated urinalysis analyzer was adopted to determine reference ranges of urine white blood cells, red blood cells, epithelial cells, casts and number of bacteria with percentile method. Results：95% confidence interval of the UF--500i automated urinalysis analyzer＇s reference ranges： male： white blood cell 0-11/ul, red blood cell 0- 10.6/ul,epithelial cell 0-3.3/ul,cast 0-0.69/ul,bacteria 0 19.4/ul;female：white blood eell 0-9.5/ul,red blood cell 0-14 /ul,epithelial cell 0 --40.2/ul,cast 0--1.14/ul,bacteria 0--341.6 /ul. Conclusion：h provided basis for normalization,standardization of the urine formed elements inspection and clinical application of region＇s urine sediment parameters of UF--500i automated urinalysis analyzer, and important clinical value on the clinical diagnosis of urinary diseases,treatment and observation.
