摘　　要：为了有效地开发陕西民间美术资源,使陕西民间美术良性发展、传承,地域文化、民族文化得以弘扬,同时促进陕西经济发展。通过对陕西民间美术现状和民间美术开发的形式、方法的研究,探讨出只有在专家引领、培养新一代的民间领军艺人、民间美术与科技创新相结合、精准的市场定位、公司化运作、拉长产业链等各环节相互作用下,才能创造出新的符合现代生活需求,尤其是适应社会变革的新的民族性精神价值观需求的民间美术品,为民间文化赋予更深的文化内涵和经济意义。In order to effectively exploitate the resources of Shaanxi folk arts and make them developing rapidly for the purpose of carrying on the local culture and at same time booming Shaanxi economy, it is necessary to find a way to caltivate a new generation of folk artists,who will be led by experts for the innovation and integration of science and art to fit the need of market economy as well as the cultural need of the people,and therefore the folk arts may have deep implications and economical value.
