摘  要:为了实现直线度误差的自动检测,根据评定直线度误差的最小包容区域法的原理,在对具有图像采集和识别功能的直线度测量仪的推理机制的研制中提出了采用启发式搜索的策略",剪枝"原本较大的状态空间,并构造一个优先级队列,以优化搜索路径、节省搜索时间。还介绍了针对直线度误差最小包容区域评定法而创建的逐点划线—比较法的原理,设计了图像数据处理中的算法(包括甄别措施),最后以实例说明了具有图像采集和识别功能的直线度测量仪如何实现直线度误差的自动评定。In order to realize the automatic measurement of straightness,according to the principle of the?methods of minimum zone for the judgment of errors of straightness test,it proposes to adopt the strategy of heuristic researching in the development of the inference mechanism of the device for straightness test with the functions of collecting and recognizing graphs,pruning the original big state space,creating a priority queue,and thus optimizing the route of researching and saving the time of researching.Furthermore,the paper introduces the principle of the method of point-to-point scoring-comparing created in accordance with the method of minimum zone and designs the mathematic model of processing graphs and data as well as steps of distinguishing.Last,the paper explains by precise examples how the device for straightness test with the functions of collecting and recognizing graphs carries out the auto-judgment of straightness test.
