摘　　要：文章从教师继续教育和教师的科学研究角度,对教师读者进行了研究,详细阐述了高校教师的特点与对图书馆文献服务的需求,并根据这些特点提出了高校图书馆为教师读者群提供高质量服务的具体举措。This paper studies the teacher readers from the continuing education and scientific research of teachers,and describes the characteristics of college teachers and the demand of library document services.It puts forward the measures of improving service quality to the teacher readers.
