C-jun与VEGF-C在结直肠癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨c-jun及血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)在结直肠癌组织中的表达及对结直肠癌临床病理的意义。方法回顾性分析78例结直肠癌患者的临床资料,采用免疫组化法检测其术后肿瘤组织及癌旁组织标本中VEGF-C及c-jun蛋白的表达。结果 VEGF-C及c-jun在肿瘤组织中的表达均高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。VEGF-C的表达与肿瘤大小、结直肠癌淋巴结转移、侵犯肠壁深度及肿瘤分期有关(P<0.05)。C-jun蛋白表达与肿瘤分化程度有关(P<0.05),与其他临床病理参数无关。在高、中分化腺癌组中,VEGF-C及c-jun蛋白表达存在关联(χ2=5.222,P<0.05)。单因素分析示影响结直肠癌术后总体生存率的因素有肿瘤大小、侵犯肠壁程度、有无淋巴结转移及VEGF-C的表达状态。结论 C-jun基因可能在结直肠癌发生发展中扮演重要角色,VEGF-C的表达影响结直肠癌术后预后。C-jun蛋白及VEGF-C的联合检测对早期结直肠癌的诊断和治疗的指导具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical pathological significance of c-junpro-tein and VEGF-C in tissues of colorectal carcinoma.Methods Expression of c-jun protein and VEGF-C were detected in 78 tissue samples of colorectal carcinoma and corresponding normal mucosa with immunohistochemistry and their correlation with clinicalpathological feature were retrospectively analyzed.Results The expression of both c-jun protein and VEGF-C in tissues of colorectal carcinoma was higher than that in normal mucosa, P〈0.05.The expression of VEGF-C was related to the tumor size, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and Duke＇s stage, P〈0.05.The expression of c-jun protein was related to degree of differentiation, P〈0.05, but not with other clinicalpathological parameters.The expression of c-jun protein and VEGF-C in the group of well-differentiated carcinoma and moderately differentiated carcinoma were correlated, P〈0.05.Univariate analysis indicated that factors affecting overall survival were tumor size, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and VEGF-C expression status in neoplastic tissues.Conclusions C-jun may play an important role in colorectal carcinogenesis.VEGF-C expression in colorectal carcinoma affects the prognosis of patients with colorectal carcinoma after tumor resection.Combined analysis of c-jun protein and VEGF-C can provide valuable evidence for diagnosis of colorectal carcinoma, and guidance toward the optimal clinical treatment.
