摘　　要：2008年的九月许多高校都迎来了自己第一批的"90后"大学生,"90后"大学生将逐步成为高校大学生的主体。"90后"大学生不同于以往大学生的独特变化必然会对高校思想政治教育工作带来现实挑战。高校思想政治教育工作者应从正确认识"90后"现象,完善思想政治教育教学内容,加强思想政治教育工作队伍建设和打造思想政治教育工作网络平台等方面着手积极予以应对。In September 2008 ushered in many colleges and universities have their first batch of ＂the 90 later＂ college students,the 90 later ＂ college students will gradually become the main body of university students. ＂After 90＂ is different from the past college students in colleges and universities will inevitably change the unique ideological and political education of the challenges brought about by the reality. Ideological and political education workers should be a correct understanding of ＂the 90 later the＂ phenomenon,Improve the ideological and political education of the teaching contents,Strengthen ideological and political education work team-building and to create the ideological and political education and other aspects network platform to respond actively.
