摘 要:针对三元复合驱机采井结垢预测的需要,提出了通过测定三元复合驱采出液中成垢和非成垢离子的含量,利用物料平衡计算出溶液中自由离子的含量和总的离子强度以及溶液中不同价态离子的平均活度系数,再进一步计算出由此得到成垢离子在溶解-沉淀反应中的化学势,来判断三元复合驱采出液结垢情况和趋势.结果表明,在采出液普遍为中性或偏碱性的条件下,即使采出液中硅离子含量比较高,沉淀物依然以碳酸钙为主,不会形成硅酸钙和硅酸镁的沉淀.结合现场采出液离子含量测定结果,对大庆油田南四区N4-31-P29三元复合驱试验井结垢情况进行了预测分析,得出的结论与垢样分析结果基本一致,可以预测三元复合驱机采井结垢情况.To meet the demand of the scaling prediction of artificial lift recovery wells during ASP flooding, this paper proposes that the content of scaling and non-scaling ion in the liquid produced during ASP flooding is measured, so that the content of free ion, the total ionic strength and the average activity coefficient of ions with different valence state in the produced liquid can be calculated with material balance, then the chemical potential of scaling ions in dissolution-precipitation reaction can be computed, finally the scaling status and trend of the liquid produced during ASP flooding are estimated. The results show that when the pH value of produced liquid is medium or slightly alkaline, the precipitate is mainly calcium carbonate and the precipitation of calcium silicate or magnesium silicate is not formed even thought the content of silicon ion is high. Scaling prediction and analysis are conducted for the ASP flooding test well ( Well N4-31-P29 ) in Nansi area of Daqing oilfield with the field measurement results of ion content in the produced liquid. The prediction results are basically consistent with the scaling sample analysis, being able to predict the scaling status of artificial lift recovery wells during ASP flooding.
