银杏叶提取物合并氢溴酸西酞普兰治疗抑郁症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的比较银杏叶提取物合并氢溴酸西酞普兰与单用氢溴酸西酞普兰治疗抑郁症的疗效及不良反应。方法将符合标准的70例抑郁症患者分为两组,一组是给予银杏叶提取物合并氢溴酸西酞普兰治疗(治疗组,n=35),另一组为氢溴酸西酞普兰治疗(对照组,n=35),疗程6周。用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)在治疗前及治疗1、2、4、6周评定疗效,用不良反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果两组总体疗效有显著差异性:银杏叶提取物合并氢溴酸西酞普兰治疗组对抑郁症起效较快,不良反应没有明显增加。但2周后HAMD减分率的改变则无明显差异。结论银杏叶提取物合并氢溴酸西酞普兰治疗抑郁症较单用氢溴酸西酞普兰起效更快,但2周后HAMD减分率无显著性差异,可不必继续联合使用银杏叶提取物。Objective To compare clinical efficacy and the side effects between combined utilization of Ginkgo Biloba Extract and Citalopram Hydrobromid and only the use of Citalopram Hydrobromid in the treatment of depression.Methods Seventy patients with depression were treated randomly with combined utilization of Ginkgo Biloba Extract and Citalopram Hydrobromid or Citalopram Hydrobromid only for six weeks,and measured with Hamilton depressive scale（HAMD） and treatment emergent symptom scale（TESS） before treatment and 1,2,4,6 weeks after treatment.Results The both programes were different in efficacy,combined utilization of Ginkgo Biloba Extract and Citalopram Hydrobromid is more effective than Citalopram Hydrobromid only in treating depression,and the side effects combined utilization of Ginkgo Biloba Extract and Citalopram Hydrobromid is no more effective than Citalopram Hydrobromid only in treating depression.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of combined utilization of Ginkgo Biloba Extract and Citalopram Hydrobromid take a active part earlier than only the use Citalopram Hydrobromid in the treatment of depression.However,after 2 weeks reduced rate of HAMD was no significant difference.It could be necessary to continue the joint use of Ginkgo Biloba extract.
