摘　　要：目前高校大学生党建较为突出的问题是发展速度与发展质量之间的矛盾。大学生党员队伍建设应该是数量与质量并重。规范的程序是确保党员发展数量与质量和谐的重要途径,而继续教育则是其有力保障。The more prominent issue of College students＇ party building is the contradiction between the pace of development and the qualities of the development now.The students＇ party building should be in both quantity and quality.Standard procedure is an important way to ensure the harmony development between quantity and quality of party members,while the continuing education is the strong support.
