摘　　要：综述了龙涎酮的性质、香气特征和应用领域,重点介绍了以乙醛、丁酮和月桂烯为原料,经羟醛缩合反应、狄尔斯-阿德尔反应和环化反应合成龙涎酮的方法,并就未来的研究方向提出了建议。The property,aroma characteristic and application fields of Iso E Super were reviewed.The synthetic method of Iso E Super by using acetaldehyde,butanone and myrcene as raw materials,through aldol condensation,Diels-Alder reaction and cyclization reaction is introduced emphatically.And the suggestion on the future investigation was put forward.
